Fantastic article, and very well-written. I had a similar experience with chelated magnesium. Mg2+is the most common deficiency, second only to Vitamin D. The two are synergistic & often supplemented together. Magnesium deficiency can lead to high BP, migraines (mine were far worse pre-supplements), insulin sensitivity, and even diabetes.
